Dr. McKenna and Shayla did such an amazing job fixing my cavity and repairing my chipped front tooth. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress free. My front tooth now matches perfectly, and I feel so much more confident with my smile now. They both took their time, explained everything, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

In the past I have had really good experiences here. Today was one of the worst experiences I have had in my like. I even asked 2 different people if they could that worked thier and said they said they could help my TMJ, The doctor was so rude considering and mean . No X Rays were taken and I felt like he barely looked at me.Then he told me that I should do physical therapy gave me no referral. He said I did not need one. He was wrong of course, I was I a lot of pain he basically laughed me off. I never felt so belittled .I have requested a referral from my doctor.SI do. It think I will be back, .

This place is a blessing for kids that have aged out of foster care or those in need of affordable dental care. Staff is very professional and are some of the kindest people I have met. Keep up the great work!

I had to go in as a walk-in patient due to pretty severe tooth pain. Even with my medical phobias they were so kind and understanding, it was a pleasant experience given what I was going in for. The doctor's were quick and explained everything in laymen's terms. I was in and out within 2 hours, thank you to the amazing staff.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Eastern Iowa Health Center, by Dr. Jorge & his assistant Kelly. Like many people, I had a lot of anxiety going in because of a bad dental experience in the past — but they were so kind, quick, and understanding, that it changed how I feel about going to the dentist.
They treated me with real compassion and patience, which made a huge difference. The staff clearly work very hard and serve an incredible number of patients every day. Despite being so busy, they never made me feel rushed or overlooked.

This clinic is such a valuable resource for our community, especially for those who need more accessible or affordable dental care. I’m genuinely grateful for the work they do and the care they provide to so many people. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for skilled, compassionate dental care.

Been here a few times. Everytime has been memorable. Weird for a dentist office ik 🤣 the last time I went Davina was taking care of me. She is such a light to the world. She went above and beyond. Somehow made getting teeth pulled not so bad. Thank youuuuu!

Dr Jones (and her team)is an amazing doctor/dentist and human being. I appreciate the time she took to explain things about my childs dental work needing done. I was extremely stressed and she eased my nerves. She also was able to refer us to a specialist for pediatric dentistry and got us in the very same day. I truly appreciate that referral to another amazing dentist and how she took care of everything for us and prioritized my child’s health. The new building is very clean and well ran. All of the healthcare professionals were extremely friendly and caring. Thank you

I only visited twice, and I'll tell you what... I had very very bad deteriorated teeth, like I didn't think they could be saved. These girls who did my teeth did such an amazing job on my teeth and saved them to the point of could smile like I haven't been able to in 10 years!! I'm thankful these guys took my emergency call, because I can smile again. I recommend this place 100%

I have great things to say about Everyone working at Eastern Iowa Dental Center. Not only did Dr. Jones and her assistant work smoothly together but they had a friendly and fun demeanor about them that I'd prefer to have at any appointment! The 3x tooth extraction was a fun experience and you can't say that often enough!

....I'm editing my review and adding my opinion on 2 more doctors in their office. I usually see Dr. Cooper. She is very caring and she does wonders with both me And my 7 yo son. He was very nervous for a filling and would hardly sit in the chair but she is patient and compassionate so she gained his trust right away!

....But today I saw Dr. Natalie Sour. She is kind, compassionate and understanding with all my particular needs. She is also very thorough doing the best she could do. To be honest, I fell asleep a couple times and it was super comfortable as usual.

Also, very assistant I've met has been a pleasure to talk with and they make my son feel welcome and at ease, which is usually impossible in a doctor/dentist office.

The 2 receptionists, Courtney and Kyle, work really well with me on scheduling and every time I've come to EIDC or called, they know who I am right away and are consistently been pleasant, helpful, and kind.

When I need to go to the dentist, it's not a burden. It's very enjoyable! Thanks ladies for all you do!!!

I called Tuesday bc I had horrible pain and stiffness in my neck from a broken tooth I’ve had for awhile and wanted it taken out. They wanted me to come in that evening but I wasn’t able to get there until Wednesday. They told me to arrive at 7:45am and they’d fit me in. I was seen no later than 8:30am. All of the staff was polite. Dr Jones is AMAZING! She took her time and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. I felt cared about. I got to listen to my music as well as talk to her and her helper. I’ve had horrible experiences with previous dentist but I would 101% recommended!

I had an emergency and they were great to get me in. Thank you Brittney. I have always hated going to the dentist but Dr. Jones was fabulous to work with. Dr Jones and her assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the repair. I appreciated how soothing the office and staff were. I will definitely be going back for regular care.

The staff was amazing with both of my kids. My 5 year old was very anxious but they made it a very easy process and she is excited to go back They took the time to show both of them the proper way to brush their teeth as well. Brittani was a pleasure to work with when it came to scheduling my appointments too. Great place!

Dr. Jones was wonderful. Had many teeth extracted and she made very sure I was comfortable and numb while doing procedure. She always explained why she was doing the things she was doing.
I recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that needs dental care. She is an all around hreat person and dentist. The staff here is wonderful as well. I wish I could remember the assistants name because she was wonderful as well. Thank you for everything.

Such a great dental clinic, I have never seen since I arrived to cedar rapids, the doctors, Nurse Practitioners and all staff are amazing.
They are all very professional and and friendly especially Dr. Diana Jones, Dr. Saur ( 🥳🦷), Dr Stead, Courtney, Jill.
They always take time to listen to take appropriate action on the symptoms. As much as I talk about them is less, they deserve more.

I can't say enough good things about Diana! I refused going to the dentist for many years, I had an emergency and they got me right in, gave me the best care and I go back with no worries!!! I have had multiple family members also go here and all have had positive and happy experiences as well! Thank you to everyone there!!!! ❤

Have never gotten in on time once, always upwards of 20-30 minutes after my set appointment time. Counter ladies aren't friendly and dentists are OK. Would not recommend.

Great first experience, beautiful office. Minus one star because lacking personal touch with Dentist. I didn't get her name or see her face, she was very nice, but the extra step of "Hi, I'm so-and-so and I'll be putting my hands in your mouth today," would have made my transition from my old dentist (who I had for 30+ years) to this new one a tad better. But overall, great experience, professional environment!

Immoral. My mother went in to have her teeth looked at. They refused to address most of the problems. They gave mixed answers and wouldn't really answer a question. They told her they would fill one cavity at a time. When she went in for the cavity they told her it was a different tooth, a tooth that had no problems. They refused to fill the tooth that was causing pain. My mother gave me a signal that if she wanted them to stop she would sign no and I would tell them to stop. My mother has had trauma with other dentists. As they were giving her the novacaine she was in a lot of pain, she signaled me to tell them to stop but they wouldn't listen to me. She tried to tell them to stop, They refused to. My mother was sobbing and after they finished the injection they told her if she wasn't happy she could leave. They were rude and talked to her like a child. She deserves more respect then that. The next day we went and talked to the manager. She said the dentist was in the right and didn't violate my mother's rights. It was malpractice. People have rights and stop means stop. They dentist didn't have a right to violate my mother's rights. A few days after she started having extreme jaw pain and can't fully open her mouth. Today she went to the regular doctor next door and they pushed her to call them. Mom called the dentist office and they refuse to look at her. Extremely unprofessional and they need their licenses revoked. They won't even fix the problems they created.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this wasn’t not a good first dentist visit for my 2 year old. This is why kids are afraid to go to the dentist. They didn’t try to explain anything they were doing, they hardly talked to him, and he was screaming the whole time because they just kinda pushed him back in the chair and started brushing his teeth and tapping on his teeth. He loves having mom help him brush his teeth at home. Very Less than impressed. Not to mention housekeeping seemed to not be doing their job properly, it was dirty. Also the toothbrush they gave our child was already opened and looked used/dirty.

Had a badly infection and rotten tooth needing to be pulled. I have a resistance to the numbing shot. The doctor was very friendly and sympathetic. Was able to get my mouth numb enough to extract the tooth without much pain. (About 0.5 out of 10 pain wise.) Made me feel cared for.
